SRT is an ISO compliant operation. We measure process improvements, turnaround time and survey customers for satisfaction. RealTrac job shop software is utilized to track our customer’s parts through three process lines. All work is done at our 19,000 square foot facility in Fairborn, Ohio.
In addition to these standardized processes, our customer’s orders are assigned to our experienced service staff and we engineer a process to specifically work for your part. This ensures a high level of quality and a uniform outcome. |
